原有交通与人流的交叉流动以及缺乏焦点的城市节点造成区域的封闭性，但也同时为复兴带来机会。通过重新安排交通路线，增加L2连桥系统和空中城市广场，让更多的人流渗透，该区域被改造成一个对行人更加友好且充满能量的多功能活动目的地。让多重既有的业态，例如办公、零售、餐饮、艺术展卖场和将来新的业态结合，创造成为独特的利用公共空间联动引导达成的愉乐之地。
这个新型的愉乐之地在周围高楼林立的城市天际线下，成为独有的城市会客厅，广纳百川，汇聚和疏导人流，达成深圳快速发展下的大都市和人文现代烟火气的平衡。
City Realm, The Land of Enjoyment
Situated in the post industry area at city center with the surroundings already transferred to typical metropolitan city, and there is need to revisit how to preserve the existing city context by bringing in vibrant ambience under the existing buildings’ condition. The cross movements of traffic and pedestrian flow and lack of the focal point, city realm brought the urgency of revival, which is much needed to bring in pedestrian flow and create public realm.
